  • Tanka Torani:  is one of the most iconic non-sugary refreshing drinks from the holy land of Jagannath Puri in Odisha. The beverage is made of fermented rice mashed along with curd (dahi). The mixture is stirred with curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon leaves, roasted cumin powder and rock salt before serving
  • Ghola Dahi: Instant refreshing thin textured drink made of Curd, Water, Cumin Seeds, Mango Ginger, Coriander leaves, green chilies, black salt and lemon mixed well with ice cubes.

b. Regulated Sugar Drinks:

  • Odia Lassi: The best traditional summer drinks made of yogurt blended with Rabidi, Mashed Ice Cubes, regulated sugar levels and topped with grated coconut, cherry, dry fruits and a layer of bournvita.
  • Squash Dahi Sharbat: The go to summer drink for every Odia which is made of plain curd mixed well with water and lemon/orange squash. We use regulated level of Sugar mixed with ice cubes to quench your thirst in every sip
