Once Open:

• Take 2 Table spoon of powder
• Add a pinch of salt
• Add a tea spoon of raw sugar (optional)
• Mix well
• Put mashed ripe banana or apple slices to naturally sweeten the taste
• Pour 60 mls of water/milk or as per your preference
• Make a slurry and savor
