Brief Info: The most sacred food that gets offered before Lord Jagannath, elder brother Balavadra and sister Subhadra in Puri Temple, Odisha daily. The bhojan is cooked in the biggest kitchen in the world, i.e., Anand Bazar placed inside the temple premises.

The beauty of this prasad bhojan is that all the dishes are cooked by simple boiling of highly nutritious ingredients, pure ghee and minimal human intervention. This bhojan is otherwise known as “Chhapan Bhog” and is relished as a prasad meal by any devotee.

Main Ingredients: Arna or Kanika, Mitha Dali, Mandira Dalma, Mandira Besara, Mandira Mahura, Saga Besara, Ambula Rai, Dahi Pachedi etc. Also signature sweet dishes such as Khaja Pheni, Khasta Gaja, Khuduma, Sara Rabidi, Malpua, Rasagola, Chhena Poda etc are among the favorites of any devotee
